You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original packaging

• In the same condition you received it

🔁 How to Start a Return

Email us at support@coolify360.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
